I highly recommend Richfield Service! They saved the day. My story sounds similar to others far as how quick, efficient and very reasonably priced, with a nice friendly staff they are. My car wouldn't start or shift into any gear, not even neutral. There was a warning flashing along with all kinds of other dings and flashes. The warning mentioned emergency brake malfunction. I called the Ford Dealership, they couldn't get to me for a week and a half, I called another dealership and they said 3 weeks before they could work on it. Since it wouldn't go into gear I knew it would need to be towed. I live in Richfield and thought why not try Richfield Service. I called, Nick who answered the phone was so nice and friendly, and he had a tow to me within an hour! They also got a diagnosis to me the very same day and repaired my car. I was able to pick it up the next day! They also left a very nice note of thanks inside my car, they called to follow up on the service the next day, and they sent a thank you letter with a discount for my next service with them. I'm sold! I will now call them first! Thanks for the great service, you have an excellent team!
