I wish I could give negative reviews for this crooked business. Other than them completely screwing me over leaving me with a financial burden for work they never did, they also are extremely unprofessional. I got an estimate for hail damage on my 2019 KIA in August and we asked them if they could try to get my car in to be fixed as soon as they could since I was leaving for college 2 hours away. Come September we did not hear anything about date to get my car in so I proceeded to move back to school. Insurance issued them the check and we still were waiting to hear back from them. October comes around and still nothing. Reaching the 3rd week in October my car was stolen and then totaled out by insurance. Insurance told me that they were going to contact Wicked Wrenches to get back the check. They even told this company that they would pay for any shipping or returning fees they just needed the larger sum of money to send to the bank to pay off my loan. After Wicked Wrenches heard that my car was being totaled out and they’d need to send the money back they went ghost mode. Multiple times my dad stopped into the shop to tell them just to answer insurances phone calls so we can get this figured out. As soon as they’d see my dad come they’d go into the back and refuse to speak. I was talking to insurance almost daily trying to figure out what we can without talking to the company since they refused to speak. Insurance also offered to do the mechanics job of calling wherever they got the parts to get them returned. After almost two months insurance gave up on these scammers and depreciated my car the hail damage claim amount and I got trapped paying the difference. We recently have opened a lawsuit against Wicked Wrenches to get back the money that they clearly spent when doing no work. Very disheartening seeing all their lies that they have replied to reviews that my family and friends have left on my behalf.

Do not do business with this company. They cashed an insurance check from my granddaughter for 5000.00 and did no work in the car due to it being stolen before work could be done. They say they had started work and deserve to be compensated. If the total job was for 5000 00 and all they did is order parts and send them back where is the rest of the money? Will be contacting the BBB.

This company is crooked. They cashed a 5000.00 check from my granddaughters insurance company and did no work since the car was stolen before any work could be completed. They are now on here saying they had to order parts and send them back with a restocking fee. Which is probably true. But where is the rest of the money? It didn't cost 5000.00 for parts since I'm sure you had no intention of doing the work for free. So you owe her the rest of the money. You also ordered parts that weren't on your original estimate had on it. She's a hard working college student who you are screwing over. See you in court. They are now lying they never sent the money back to the insurance company .

Great group of guys here! They have helped me on a number of projects and have helped me keep my business rolling. I can't say enough good things about this place place and if I heard something bad I would in your face challenge it because I've been around the block a few times and have work with a lot of different shops and this one is top notch!!!!

My silverado 1500hd aka "Heavy Debbie" is breakin necks after it's full body and paint work. I wish I had more before pictures but I'm sure the shop has plenty! I was hoping to have a new set of shoes to show the full transformation but they're back ordered until who knows when. Couldn't wait any longer to show this masterpiece from Wicked Wrenches!! The team did an impeccable job and I couldn't be happier. They certainly don't cut corners as they removed and separately sprayed all my handles and mirrors - even installed my new mirrors for me! I can't help but look back at this truck everytime I park it. I highly recommend this shop. Couldn't ask for better work or better pricing. Well done!
