DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, after taking them to court and settling just to be done they still don't pay us back from their insurance scam of not doing any work and cashing insurance checks. For every one that this has happened to put Kate, Richard and wicked wrenches all on lawsuit and don't let Kate talk her way off in court. She is the one with good credit I'm assuming so she wants off lawsuit, Her boyfriend Richard has judgements all over and knows how to play the system. Truly to stop these people from doing this stuff is to bring Katie down with Richard. Now we have to start the process of garnishment which I'm guessing he will say he doesn't make much money and still won't pay back court ordered settlement. If you do business there don't pay till ALL work is done but don't even go there.

Beware! The owner may have an arrest warrant for not returning funds to a customer after a court order. The courts now understand this business, and please consider action if you have been wronged. The state may be investigating them for a number of reasons. Also beware of another business by the same owners.

If anybody hears about this place STAY AWAY. They had my truck for 3 MONTHS to simply do quick hail damage repair. Brought it in because they said they would get to it soon. Brought it to them August 27th and they cashed my $4100 insurance check on Sept 4th. Everytime I went in there to check on it nothing had been done and they would never inform me of what was going on. Had to get the cops involved just t get my truck out of there. I have now been told that if I try to contact them anymore or go to the business i will have harrassment charges filed against me. Simply because I am asking for the money back from my insurance check that didnt get used because they were not completing the work. Everytime I asked for a bill as well, she always had an excuse between foster kids or "emergency dentist appointment". This place is a joke. Hood had to get painted because they sanded it down to try and get more money from the insurance company without my consent to sand the hood. Hood doesnt even match the paint code of the truck. Still have not gotten money sent back to the insurance company even thoigh my insurance company has talked to them.

Absolutely the best! They did a remarkable job on my 2008 Honda Pilot! They were timely, reasonable and very caring. I highly recommend this business!!

Excellent workmanship! Honest, hard working shop with the customers best interest in mind!! This is the BEST body shop this side of Wisconsin!!

If there were no stars or negative stars to share as far as this WICKED business is concerned I would rate them - infinite!..I needed not only body work but mechanical work done..after countless calls with no answer and going to the business with no answer I was forced to find a different body shop and machanic..they cashed a 7000 dollar hail damage check and no won't return a dime of it!..parts ordered may have came to 1500..there claim is restocking of parts takes time and my insurance adjuster is at odds with this situation as well calling it "highly unusual "..as this type of behavior from a business USUALLY MEANS ..checks cashed and not returned within a reasonable time frame adds up to FRAUD!..don't walk but RUN AWAY from thos business!

They actually stole one car I know of for sure. They wiped the vin numbers completely off the car. They are now using that car as their own. Shady people. I would let them touch anything of mine.

Wicked wrenches put a new bed and new rockers on my 05 Ford f-350. The paint matches so beautifully I can't even believe it! The work took a little longer than anticipated but every step of the way the company was in contact with me and acknowledged that the job took a little too long and made some compensations for me. This company was recommended to me and I highly recommend it to anyone else
