Fast service. Suggestions on filters and wipers changes but no pressure to accept.

They fake your oil change. Just got my oil done and they didn't change the oil filter. Be warned this oil change place is a scam.

Always fast and friendly service. Crew always let's you know how wipers, fluids, and filters are looking. They don't push un needed or un wanted parts.

Had a premium oil change. They are quick and friendly. You stay in car and they give you a bottle of water while you wait. They explain everything they are doing and you can see what they are doing. They make sure there are no oily fingerprints or any mess on the car and give a free car wash pass for the wash next door. Unfortunatly we got a faulty filter and went back a couple days later as oil was dripping and spraying under the hood. They checked it out, replaced the filter, topped the oil and cleaned all they could reach under the hood. They did not have the premium filter so wrote on the invoice we are to get an adjustment on the next change. The new filter seems to be fine and there was no hassle with our problem. We were offered another free car wash when we left. We will go there again.

I work in Madison 5 days a weeks so I do my best of taking care of my car i.e. getting oil changes when necessary. So I'm constantly going to this Take 5 in Reedsburg. Everyone is always so kind and helpful!

Normally love my service here but drove from La valle, arrived at 6:30 when it says open until 8 and no one is here. Rather disappointing given that my trip to reedsburg was just for that.
