Great customer service
Poor communication and what was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into 5 days.
My only problem is the lack of communication. I understand that labor is an issue amd wait times on parts are an issue. I have absolutely no problem with that. But my body work was planned to take 4 days and ended up taking a whole month. I had to keep calling every week to get any sort of update on where the car was sitting after that first week.
Repair work on bumper fix turned out fine, but I had a poor customer service experience. My vehicle was said to take a couple of days. Every few days I called back when they said I could get it only to be told to wait another few days. It took 2 weeks. Not being able to plan rides for my family because I kept expecting my van back was a nightmare. Then the battery was dead when I arrived and I had to wait another night for them to charge it. Body shop repair was ok, but time frames were way off.
Although there are some hiccups on the road as long as they get the job done. Im satisfied.
