I cannot say enough good things about the service department. My engine failed on a 2018 and my warranty company was trying not to pay for a common & known issue in this particular generation engine. They fought for us and we saved over 10k thanks to them. Not only that, but all the staff are respectable and informative.
Lora was amazing in sales. Took the stress out of getting a new vehicle.
I have been taking my cars here for years because I found out the hard way that having properly trained technicians that have the right equipment, manufacturer's support and OEM parts actually saves money in the long run.

Have always had pretty good service here but had a less than idea experience today. I brought my Edge in for an oil change today and also let the service writer that my check engine light had come on over the weekend and that I knew what the problem was and also informed him that I had extended warranty coverage. The service Advisor came out after a little while and told me that it was indeed the problem that I had stated and that this repair is not covered under the warranty. He informed me that I would be charged for half an hour of diagnostic labor. After a little bit longer, the cashier came out and got me and when I was rang up, I was charged for a full hour of diagnostic labor. I understand that the dealership has to make money but I don’t feel like the way the situation was handled was 100% honest. Will probably be looking for a new dealership to have my vehicle serviced at.

I recently switched having my vehicle serviced by Schmit Bros because other local Ford service centers were not providing the level of service I would expect from a dealership. In the last two visits, I couldn't be more happy about the serivce team at Schmit Bros. They really take the the time to listen to my concerns and care when servicing my vehicle. The Schmit Bros service team is the standard all other Ford Service Centers should emulate, they truly do a great job there and value their customers. Thank you.
