My car had never been detailed before and Dave did such a great job! My kids had spilled something in the back that grew mold. I had tried literally everything to get it out with no luck, but Dave was able to get it out! Will definitely be going back.

Took my vehicle in for a complete detail. I have taken my vehicles there 3 times previously with very good results. They have a different detailer now. He did well on the exterior of the vehicle, wheels and tires. The interior of the vehicle left a lot to be desired. They did it a second time. Although, it was better, it still was not good. The front windshield was dirty all across the bottom. There was residue left on the windshield from those oil change reminder stickers. The floors were not vacuumed well. The 3rd row seating mats were not removed and vacuumed underneath. There were smears and blotches on the leather interior from the cleaner that they used. They said they could not get rid of them. If they are professional detailers they should know what product to use and how to get rid of them. We got home and had to spend another 2 hours cleaning the interior. We had to wash the whole interior down and vacuum the floors. UPDATE: I could come back and show you the windshield that is still dirty. But, why waste our time. You already went over it twice. The rest of the vehicle we have cleaned. When we tried to talk to you, you just blew us off. Granted you may have been busy, but that is not good customer service. You say I opted out of leather reconditioning. How could I opt out of something that was never offered to me. Then you send me a private message to never come back there again. Why did you not put that in your reply to my review.

Nov 24, 2023Hi Steve, We apologize that our service was not up to your standards this time around. We had 3 people go over the interior of your vehicle the 2nd time, just to make sure we did not miss anything. All of the mats were removed, including the 3rd row, as we extracted all of the interior carpeting and rear of the seats. Your leather seats were so dry, that the interior dressing we used would immediately soak right up. The fix for that was to re-condition the leather, which was an additional $35 that you opted out of. It is unfortunate that you have been here 3 previous times, were super happy and never left a review. Now, a detail was not up to your standards and you leave us a 1-star review. :(
Cars are over priced, when asked about the car being fixed. I was told they would not do the work. This place is not as bad as Lentz auto, but close.

Sep 24, 2023Hi Terry! I see you left a slew of 1 and 2 star ratings for almost every small dealer in the Sheboygan area recently. Well done! I am not sure what you are referring to when you say that we would not do the work. Who told you this? I looked back at our phone and internet platforms and I do not see a record of you contacting us via email, phone, text or in person. We follow the market with car prices. Some vehicles that are in high demand are overpriced. Nothing we can really do about that, as we have to pay over book value to get the car in the first place. After reviewing your review history, 18 out of your 30 reviews are 1-star. You obviously feel entitled as one single review you complain about someone's parking and another because you accidentally got marinara on your sub. We feel bad for the next business you patronize. P.S. The owner of Dave's auto sales and Corporate Cars of Sheboygan passed away unexpectedly this past June, which is why your classy 1-star reviews on his dealerships are uncalled for.
