My pickup broke down in ladysmith at kwick trip blocking the whole fuel station while Jacob was at the fuel station, while everyone was mad at me for being in their way, Jacob came over and offered to help get it out of the way, working on the steering column. He did not have to do that, but he saw someone that needed help. After laying on his back for 10 minutes he got my pickup out of the way of everyone else. If he runs his business like he treated a stranger that day I can't believe he's not the most honest person out there. If I was closer, I would ONLY use Plum Creek Diesel for all my mechanic work.
