Went in for a radiator repair. Got car back with oil leak never had a oil leak till after they worked on my car.

May 24, 2023Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. It is on your invoice that we provided to you about the engine oil cooler leaking. Unfortunately, when we called for approval of the engine oil cooler you declined to fix the oil leak.
I am extremely critical of auto mechanics. Few that I have tried in my entire life have earned repeat business from me. So far Ricchio has not disappointed. I've gone to them with more than just routine maintenance, and they've been quick and competent each time. The shop appears clean and organized which I appreciate, and communication has been excellent.

One of the best shops in town. I bring all my vehicles here for all my maintenance and repair needs. They have always been able to repair what is needed and completes the job in a timely manner. Compared to prices at local dealerships, Ricchio’s pricing is very competitive. I do not trust just anyone with working on my vehicles, but I have 100% trust in Ricchio AutoWorks.

They fixed my jeep and we dropped off day before work was done. They keep vehicle in garage over night. Also called with estimate then again about oil type. Emma did a great job. Very professional.
