So I am giving no stars for my review due to the awful service I felt I was given by the Midas in Racine WI! I had brought my Telluride there to have new tires put on and then have an alignment done with 4 new tires then. I left expecting to be good to go. My AWD light came on right away and I could tell something didn’t seem right. Then a few weeks later I’m noticing that my tires have worn down. Not in a good way and to where there is a concern!! I call them to bring it back and they tell me that my tread on my tires(3 of them) had been bad. Which wouldn’t I have been told that in the first place if that was the case? They acted weird as if they were changing notes in the system and all kinds of stuff just to come out 2 hours later to tell me they were going to redo the alignment but that I just have bad tires. It doesn’t make sense. I then was irate and had to call another location in Kenosha WI to bring my truck to for them to look at it once again after I left from Racine and had my one tire making a noise now this morning. I’m hoping this location will make things right and my truck will be good! They have been wonderful so far and their customer service is much better as well!
