We take all our cars here. It's been different since my kids started driving. As you can imagine, with 4 cars, things happen more frequently that need fixing. The guys at Merlin are super friendly and personable. They take time to explain the issue and cost. The cars are usually done within a day. This past time, my daughter returned home from picking up her car and said, "it's like I'm driving a new car now, I just fell back in love with my car." Thank you all.
Had my oil change today and as usual Jeff was great. He always checks my car to see if everything is working well. So appreciate the care he gives. Also easy to schedule appointments. Glad I found Merlin!!!
Besides getting a good customer service, honesty is one of the reason why I keep coming back to this place. There are many times I have been to the car dealership where they recommend a service here and there and when I bring the car to Merlin shop, it doesn't even need any type of service. You rarely see or experience this type of things any more and I appreciate that they are still good body shops out there that don't take advantage of their customers.
