Love this place. It's one of only a few that will work on my Audi. Great service.
Great mechanic and service writer. Visited for a noise under the hood that went away by the time I arrived there. They didn't charge me anything for checking the noise. Will definitely go back here for any future service.
Great first time experience. Was unsure if the car needed a muffler, a manifold or O2 sensor. Once diagnosed the service representative called to share all was good except a small section of pipe which could be resolved with a customized piece and would be a permanent fix and take an hour to resolve. Super impressed with the creativity which saved me money; excellent customer service, honesty and integrity!!
Very attentive to what needed to be done and in a timely manner
Longtime mechanics are very experienced. They take pics and give clear quotes of scope of work. They are just as good working on my 20th century Buick as my 21st-century hybrid! Honest, efficient, and prompt service. I accidentally put new license plates on wrong, and the technician quickly reversed them for no charge. Update May 2024: Got me right in for emergency repair and on my way in less than 24 hours Thanks, Merlin! You did it again.
I always go here for my emission tests, and everything in between. Always honest work, and very helpful. Thanks for your patience and dedication to keeping us on the road!
