The service was horrible. I went in there for a estimate on my vehicle through an insurance company. I was told over the phone I needed a rental when I got there. I was told I didn’t need a rental. And that they didn’t want to keep my car over the weekend because they didn’t have the space I ended up getting the rental anyways and leaving my vehicle. My vehicle was in very good condition. The accident that I had only damaged the rear bumper of the car after the accident I drove the car all the way back to Wisconsin from Illinois. The car drove fine I was told by the insurance company that they were just gonna cut me a check so I called the Location and let them know. I will be picking up my car the next day when I went to pick up my car the next day they assumed that I was going to be taking out my belongings. The guy said the car was taken apart and that he would have to put it back together, I had to go back there a couple hours after to pick up my vehicle when I drove my vehicle off of their parking lot something was very wrong. My car was pulling to the left when I would drive. The steering wheel will go left so so I took it back, hoping that they would at least take a look at it maybe test drive it to see what I was talking about but they didn’t want to touch the car at all . They made it seem like they didn’t touch anything but bumper they didn’t care to help me they didn’t care to look at the car. They referred me to a mechanic and told me to contact the insurance place that they had nothing to do with it. Very horrible service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I don’t see how my car was drivable before I took it in and not after. They barely even let me speak. They didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. Now I have to figure out what’s wrong with my car Because clearly there was something damaged by them and the fact that they didn’t want to hear anything I had to say, only proof that I’m right I am a single mother, barely making it. The accident was Horrible enough but now I have to deal with this car That is in worse condition than it was when I picked it up from them

When my car was hit by someone without insurance, Crash Champions did an excellent job fixing my car. They kept me updated about progress and even colored in some chips unrelated to the accident. I hope I never have to go here again, but definitely will if my car needs fixing.

Brought my car to crash champions after a deer collision. Mark and the team were phenomenal, always kept me informed and explained everything in great detail. When you get into an accident, it’s a difficult process so having a supportive team is important. They also work closely with the Enterprise which is helpful with picking up/ dropping off your rental car. Highly recommend Crash Champions!

We contacted Crash Champions through reference from our Insurance company for a door repair and needed the vehicle repaired quickly. They were confident in their delivery and completed the quality repair in excellent time beyond our expectations. Communication with our chosen rental vehicle company during downtime and subsequent interaction with our Insurance Company during the whole experience was professional and courteous. The vehicle was detailed inside and out on pickup. We would highly recommend Crash Champions to our family and friends going forward, should the need arise.
