I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions Kenosha. The entire staff was upbeat and friendly. Franco did a fantastic job from beginning to end. He knows his stuff and was very professional. Our vehicle looked fantastic! Thanks so much and keep up the great work!

Worst experience ever if you are taking your vehicle here for an insurance estimate Please do not leave your vehicle unattended with these people stay there as they’re doing the estimate because they will mess your car up

I wish there was a way I could give it no stars my advice to anyone taking the vehicle here take a video of your vehicle of how it drives any marks around the vehicle and anything under the hood they will try to get you to sign a paper, so they’re not liable for anything. Do not sign that paper. Do not leave your car at this facility. Do not let them take your vehicle apart. They will not put it back together properly. They won’t even care they didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. Also, they went through all my belongings in the vehicle

Wouldn’t recommend. My truck is pulling to the right. I took it back after repairs have been done and now they won’t touch it. I have to take it to a mechanic and deal with the insurance company to try to cover it.

Took my Impreza to crash champions after I was rear-ended by an inattentive driver who banged up my rear bumper. I can see why Progressive partners with them. My bumper looks brand new and the work was done on time and they let u leave ur rental car with them when you pick up your vehicle from em which saves a headache.
