Don't go here. 13 days to fix my car, after being estimated to be 7. One of those days took them all day to even get the vehicles alignment done, something that I could bring somewhere else and be done in 30 minutes to an hour. That and being very hard to work with, just telling me they have no control, and they'll try and go as fast as possible, ruining many of my plans thinking at most it would take 9 days, 2 days of extra room, just for it to take 13 days. Half the cost was just labour, meaning 3k dollars in damages was all that had to be replaced, and with them not working and repairing on weekends, just took forever. All of this just sounds annoying, but remember I don't have a rental and they know it, and yet I have to go two weeks without a vehicle, cancel plans because they can never come up with a straight answer, never talked to my insurance so I had to call them instead, and they knew I needed the car for work. it became a worse expirence than just dealing with the fact I have a damaged car. Go somewhere else, unless you want to wait a month for your vehicle to go in to be repaired, and then another half a month to actually get it back, even with minimal damage. Whether the car is in good condition or not, their lack of communication with me or even my insurance was atrocies, along with how slow they work, and the fact they do nothing to it over the weekend just makes it unworth it to go there.

My car was done on Friday the 10th. They said they texted me but I never received the text. I called today to follow up with them and out the car had been done for 6 days already. Im hoping that entreprise does not chargé me for the extra days that I had the rental. If they do I hope entreprise will pay it. This was not my fault. Caliber should have called when I did not show up to pick my car up.

Geico set up my appointment for me to bring my car to Caliber after a collision, and also arranged for Enterprise to bring my rental there at my appointment time. When it was time to return the rental, Enterprise was misleading about the timeframe in which I could drop it off and was basically trying to make me pay for 2 additional days (weekend return)- I found this out at 5:19 and Caliber was scheduled to close at 5:30. I called and Steve was kind enough to ensure they could wait for me so that my rental was returned on time without any extra charges incurred. I am so thankful for Steve and what I consider going above and beyond for a customer, especially considering my car was totaled, which meant they were only receiving compensation for the estimate. Super impressed. I have an older convertible I’ve been working on that needs some minor body work; I know where I will be bringing her to complete my restoration!

No one wants to get in a not-at-fault accident, but the best case scenario is to be indemnified completely, I am so glad to have chosen Caliber Collision in general and this Kenosha location particularly. I was treated professionally from the first phone call to the final pick up - from the administrative assistant to the owners of the shop. Even with me having to change dates and insurance companies, they went with the flow and kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you Mark and Steve and Danna and people behind the scenes for your thorough guidance and - most importantly - perfectly repaired vehicle! I highly recommend your services to all.

The customer service at this location is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. They even delivered my car because I couldn't fit car seats in the rental enterprise gave me. I highly recommend this location.

I cannot say enough about this place! They were so nice and helpful! My car got hit and had front end damage it was terrible! Not only did they have the work done in a timely manner - They kept me updated every step of the way! My car looked amazing when they were done with it they even went the extra mile - it was shining inside and out! I don’t think it looked that good when I bought it! 10 out of 10 I would recommend them!

Constant contact and updates from Caliber Collision while my car was being repaired. They were letting me know during the process where they were at, what parts being ordered, etc. Car looks great, and drives just as well as before the accident. Thanks for the great work and service!

So the first two times were horrible. Rachel is rude and should not be dealing with customers. Mike Greko got involved and things went smoothly and I felt respected after he got involved. It took way longer than expected to get the part which is not caliber collisions fault it was how I was originally treated that is their fault. Once mike and the parts manager got involved this was rectified in the most timely fashion they could with having issues with finding the parts. So for the service and respect we received from Mike and the parts lady kudos to you that is what customers expect from your establishment to be treated respectfully. 😊 thanks for helping to turn our experience around.

I have brought several vehicles in to Caliber for work and I am very pleased with their services. "HUGE THANK YOU to Pati. I had a couple of stone chips from highway driving. Her and the painter Juan helped me out by a quick touch up and buff. Saved me a ton of money and time. They didn’t have to do that. On top of it all, they washed my car and vacuumed the inside. Shout out to the detailers as well. I’m very happy and would recommend them to everyone."
