Highly recommend. I normally go to the dealership but when they couldn't get me in for several weeks for a brake issue on my BMW X3 I looked elsewhere, and I'm really happy I did. Jim was very kind and I feel like he explained my service options thoroughly. They were able to get me in the day after I called and the work was done the same day. Easy after hours drop off and pick up too.
I come here for emissions testing. It has always been very quick. The staff are friendly and the waiting room is comfortable.
Nelson's does a great job keeping my vehicle running. Very good quality work. Once it's fixed, it's fixed.
