My go to place for repair. Trustworthy, reliable and friendly. I would rather wait until they have an opening than go elsewhere.
Got the oil change it was fine; not super friendly overall kinda gruff customer service. Wasn't given a time estimate for service. When I booked, I got laughed at that it was my first time calling. Felt unwelcomed. Feel like it's mediocre for the area, for the service.

went in for an oil change they found my rear brake locked up so I needed rear brakes they got on it right away while I waited. Friendly and great service

I had an appointment today 1/19/2024 at 9:00am. I dropped my car off at 7:00am for front brake pads (key drop). I just picked it up at 12:30pm with nothing done to my car without even a call to say that it will be longer. Now I am waiting 2 hours at TiresPlus a mile away because lack of management at Midas. Time is money!!!

Terrible service, mechanic can’t even do a simple oil change. Also unwilling to help fix what they broke in my car.
