We have always loved J & R. After we bought our latest car, we had free servicing for awhile, but always missed you guys. It's a good thing I stopped because there was a nail in the tire, and we had an appt. at St. Luke's in Milw. the next day. You are always so thoughtful when things like this happen, no matter how busy you are. You guys rock!!!!!! This second time, last week, I had another nail in a different tire, and it was a good thing they always check out everything because we needed a new battery. Thank you for saving us twice in the last months when we needed to travel. We alway appreciate your service.

Very good place to take your vehicles for repairs and maintenence. They're fair, honest, and won't try to get you to fix things that aren't broken. I've never had any "surprises" in my bills either. The service is great and I trust them with all my vehicles.
My husband and I have both had great experiences here with our vehicles. They were able to immediately fix a whirring sound in my car (it needed tire balancing) while the place I went to prior charged me $90 to do absolutely nothing, saying they "couldn't find the cause of the noise".
