Staff has changed there recently and the new manager is rude. Paul and Anthony are no longer there.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast service. Definitely will not take my car anywhere else.

Good service, always helpful. I like Shawn a lot, but I'm not a big fan of the new guy who took his spot when Shawn became the head guy. The guy really likes to pander to those who are older than him, which is great, except for the fact that he also seems to look down on those who are younger than him.

Got help from a kid named Elijah on my Dodge, honestly excellent service from him all the way around time, the repair itself, and they had great hospitality.

Shawn and the Car-X team always do a great job in a timely manner. They are courteous, knowledgeable and go over the top to make things right.

I went to the dealer for a repair and they quietly suggested I try Car-x for a better price. Shaun (sp?) and his crew were excellent and fixed the issue. I've been back 3x and will continue going back.. The latest was today. I took a chance and popped in without an appt. They took a diagnostic look, then mobilized and repaired it all within an hour. They surely make an unenjoyable situation as smooth and straight forward as possible. Endorse without reservation.

Super shady business. Let them do my shocks and WAS going to get ball joints done. Shocks they put on were some off brand junk. Came time to get ball joints done and got a call from them an hour after I dropped the vehicle off. They "claimed" that they needed a tool to do my balljoints that they didn't have. Said they couldn't get it until Monday. Also told me that the estimate they gave me was only for one side when it clearly stated on the estimate that the job called for ALL the balljoints. Dude told me he would call me back on Monday. STILL waiting for a call 6 weeks later. Got the balljoints done, an oil change, and my coolant topped off at McGoverns for the same price that was originally quoted by the crooks at CarX. Had very similar experiences at 2 other "chain" repair shops. Definitely support UNethical business practices at this facility. Would NOT recommend taking your vehical here....unless you like to be lied to and ripped off.
