They loosened all the bolts on my engine, which I didn't know until I went to a different mechanic. The damage was already done though. Then conveniently "lost" the record of me being there when I called to address the issue. Will NOT be going back.

Manager ( Kevin ) and mechanics were very professional. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty issue and they went to war for me to get the issue solved properly with the warranty claims person. Customer for life!

My grandpa has been going to CarX forever, and he recommended them to me the last time my car needed work as well. This time was no different: excellent customer service, stellar timeliness (I was a "squeeze in" and they still got me done that day before end of business), and Paul is amazing. He always talks to me and listens to me, which is awesome because I've been to other car places where they would only talk to my grandpa/ask him questions about MY car. I would always recommend this CarX. Came back to CarX with husband's vehicle for a suspected issue. Paulie and Anthony were very professional in their interactions with me and with all the other customers in line. I made the appointment, came back for the appointment, got the car, and am back on the road so soon. They are short staffed and still hauling tail to get people where they need to be. I absolutely LOVE this location. Edit: this review was made a year or so ago. I'm back at CarX for another suspected issue with my husband's car. It was a quick fix, no charge, and they were so great to talk to. If you're unsure about this CarX, don't be! Will always come back.
