Jason did a phenomenal job and my timing belt on my transmission filter and fluid. He’s an all-around great guy.

I called Jason to discuss some issues I’m having with an Audi V6 3.0 TDI. Unfortunately for me Jason’s specialty area isn’t the V6 TDI. He’s a 4 cylinder guy. However, Jason took the time to discuss the problems I’m having and was able to offer valuable advice and possible solutions for me. He also recommended someone in the Madison area that is more familiar with the 3.0 V6 TDI. You just don’t see this kind of service anymore. Jason isn’t getting paid to talk to people on the phone, yet he still took the time to try to help. Almost anywhere else would have simply said sorry, can’t help you and hung up the phone. If you’re running a 4 cylinder TDI Jason is definitely your guy. Thank you again for taking the time to talk to me and offering advice and the name of a quality shop that may be able to help if I’m not able to resolve it on my own.

Hands down the best place for TDI work, and a great guy as well. In addition to knocking out the planned timing belt service and rear brake work at a reasonable cost, Jason also spotted a needed warranty repair that the dealer had missed and offered a quick and easy work around for the coil spring creaking noise that plagues most B7 Passats.
