I’ve had my car serviced here multiple times over the past 3-4 years and I won’t go anywhere else! The guys are super friendly and thorough in explaining everything discovered in the diagnostic review. Also got my car done in very reasonable time. Much appreciated!

Was pressed to get my car fixed after my engine light came on. Brought it in the day before, a holiday and they indicated that they were all booked up. They could only promise to pull the code to see what the trouble was and if it was still safe to drive until we could get it fixed. Was pleasantly surprised when they called later that day that they pulled the code, identified the problem, and could fix it the same day. Thank you.

I am always greeted with kindness and listened to with open ears. The staff in the office is welcoming and helpful. I appreciate the overview assessment and scorecard (red, yellow, green) that is sent, even including photos and descriptions of recommendations. I’m grateful that they call prior to performing any services beyond what I originally requested, and are able to give me a monetary estimate immediately over the phone.

We have been using Gary Willie's for a couple of years. Easy to make appointments, Tyler & Hunter are very personable as well as professional. We appreciate the text messages of our vehicles health.
