My car was doing some weird electrical stuff, flickering lights, random warnings, etc. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it fixed in the promised time frame. They also explained what was wrong and why it was a problem (in non-car person language).

This place is amazing. They treat you like a person. The people who work there are amazing and friendly. I have a BMW and I use to take it only to BMW of Madison. That will never happen again. They treated me bad and lost me as a customer. Highly recommend this place!!

We dropped our car off late on a Sunday evening, with a flat tire. I was delighted to get a call on Monday morning with a diagnosis of the problem and my car was fixed that afternoon! they have always done excellent work for us!

We've been taking our vehicles here for a number of years. The oil changes/service check ups are the best! They send you a link that let's you know (with pictures) what things are starting to wear or could need replacement in the next year or so. I love this because it's then not a huge shock when something needs to be replaced. While they have many staff, I have noticed that the same person almost always does the work on my vehicle. Front office staff are easy to talk to and responsive. I can typically get my vehicle in the same week I call. They are not lowest price but they have a quality product, so I feel that I am getting a good value.
