Good dude, exelent service, profesional and always worked in a timely manner when arriving for appointments
This man takes advantage of people who are struggling. I had to get the Ignition Interlock and I had it installed there, I qualify for the indigency because I’m on disability, and he started charging me all these outrageous fees that he wasn’t supposed to, and I was not able to pay the company who owns the device because I was having to pay him All these fees so I called the company to make a payment arrangement and that’s how I found out he was not supposed to be charging me all this stuff I’m talking hundreds of Dollars. So they confronted him and then he refused me service. He stole from me and then refused to service my vehicle. Avoid this man at all cost.

Chad was very prompt in making everything streamline and quick. He was also available everytime for the multiple calls I had for him! I would also be keeping Elite in mind for any future electrical work I want to have done on my car/s! Confident to say it felt like a very personal he's the guy kinda job!

Chad is great, always goes above and beyond for his customers. Calibrations are fast and easy and the new location is convenient for Madison and surrounding area customers. Five star service!!!!
Chad is always so kind, courteous and for a busy man like myself very efficient with time. Today for example, I was in an out within 15 minutes while he had some other stuff going on at the same time, he made sure I was helped right away and took care of all my needs!
