A HUGE shoutout and Thank You to “His Auto” in Oconomowoc. Andy and his team came to my rescue when my car didn’t start in a public parking lot. Andy’s team member, Jonathan, dropped everything and came across town to fix my car. Luckily it was a quick fix and I was on my way! Thank you again Andy and Jonathan at “His Auto” for exceptional customer service! I highly recommend!
I thought I had a major repair on my Lexus RX 350 Andy and his staff went through my car extremely honest and told me all I needed was new tires this is the most honest shop I've ever dealt with

Pulled up from my inspection. There was a car in front of me. I walked in gentlemen with the beard was working on a Jeep. He said when this one's done you can come in. I waited for 20 minutes door never opened. I only went back in because there was someone else coming in to do an inspection. The gentleman that did do my inspection very kind very courteous. I just thought the first guy was very rude and inconsiderate. Thank you for the services you provide much appreciated
Been coming here a little over a year now. Mostly routine things (oil change, filter, etc)...did need a replaced steering shaft on short notice. Always cheerful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I'd highly recommend them.
