Hi Chris, I want to clarify this. We did not give excuses. We directly said no and explained why. We do not work on any Ford older than 2003, any GM older than 2001 or any Dodge older than 2003. This is a wider service range then most repair facilities. Sounds like you've heard this multiple times already, based on the amount of times you've stopped in here asking us to work on it. I feel other shops are telling you something similar. I have to draw a line somewhere with my business practices. Hopefully somebody in the Palmyra area will be able to help you! Best of luck. Ryan
