I received outstanding service with constant updates on the progress of the repairs. When I got it back it looked like new! Don't hesitate to use them, they are wonderful to work with and do outstanding work.

I contacted Caliber for a replacement windshield. Shane was prompt and responsive and was able to line up a replacement appointment for me within mere days even with the Labor Day weekend taken into account. The representative who came to perform the replacement was friendly and knowledgeable. All of my contacts at Caliber from start to finish made the process seamless. Would highly recommend for any auto body needs you may have!
