If I could give zero stars for the Brookfield location I would....our car was taken in on January 5th and since then we have spoken to 3 different specialists that have given us three different updates on our car all to find out the estimate hasn't even started. One told us the estimate was complete and sent to insurance (it wasn't) and one told us that they are waiting to hear back on a part from Texas. Spoke to someone named Al today who is apparently the specialist in charge of our car who told us the estimate hasn't even started and gave no explanation as to why we were given such poor information and was not able to give any sort of timeline. With that, everything we learn is because we are reaching out, absolutely no follow ups have been given. Not to mention, Al's attitude is flippant and disinterested. Depending on what I can hear back from their corporate department, I would never recommend this Shop to anyone. UPDATE: since reaching back out to Caliber to express my frustrations with their onsite General Manager Shane, it's been a complete 180 since my last frustrating conversation. He was able to provide great detail as to exactly why there was a delay and explain what processes had and had not been completed yet and why. He was also willing to provide an estimated timeline as to what to expect, and what could happen should additional time be needed. All of which, are outside of the shop's control. Ultimately, Shane's clear and timely updates, or even no-updates, have given us great peace of mind and we are grateful for that.

They are "Volvo certified", but when the spoiler they replaced on our XC90 broke due an improper installation, they played email tag for weeks and refused to honor any warranty. Terrible customer service and poor quality work. Volvo should decertify them.

People are very nice patient and helpful. Probably because they have to deal with insurance companies all the time.

The best customer service and body work!! My car was completed ahead of schedule which helped me save money! I’m thankful for Joe who made my car experience flawless! It’s always nice to get a great laugh in as well while interacting with staff. My car was clean as a whistle, inside and out! Also, Joe went above and beyond to help put my new license plates on my car as I was issued new ones and the nails were rusted and couldn’t get off! I actually fell in love with my car again!!
