Wouldn't recommend. Had a 10am appointment to get an estimate on fixing some minor damage. I was 8 minutes late. The receptionist quite rude, let me know I was late. They took my truck and said they'd have estimate ready late that day or early the next day. Knowing that I was paying for a rental car, 2 days later I called wondering where my estimate was, and they hadn't even looked at my truck yet. They said "MAYBE" in the next few days they would get to it..... I picked up my truck and said forget it. Cost me $150 in rental car for nothing. I went to a smaller shop and was treated awesome. Repair took one day to complete and looks perfect. Thanks for nothing Caliper.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. The staff is incredibly friendly. After my car accident, they were extremely helpful with getting my car into the shop and repaired in a timely fashion. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and hands down the best experience I have had at an auto shop. Unlike other places, Caliber Collision took the time to sit down with me, explain different options that worked best, did not try to sell me any unnecessary add-ons, and were patient with my questions. They made a stressful situation so much smoother. I would recommend this location to anyone needing assistance in the area.

My daughter handled the whole Process and is praising Caliber like crazy. They were so nice and explained everything and got the work done very quickly. They did a fantastic job, the car looks better than new. I am very impressed with Caliber and would recommend them to everyone; Thank you Caliber!!!!!

Calliber Collision did an outstanding job on the repairs to my vehicle. They were courteous, professional, and thorough every step of the way. We scheduled the date of service and worked with the rental car company on that date, and when it changed they took care of all of the coordination. When the car was in service I had daily updates as current point in the process and accurate estimations of completion time. They even discovered that the tree sap coming from one of the trees over my driveway was leaving a residue on my car and gave me steps to help control that in the future. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience in what generally is not at the best time of people's lives.
