Can always rely on Miller Brothers to provide the best customer service. But this week they went over and above. Took the truck for routine maintenance and had a problem next day. They sent someone out to our house and took care of it right away- at no additional expense. Thank you!!

Service is always personable and friendly. Our service was quick and exactly what they said they would do. The inspections are great! We love the fact that we can get a loaner when needed. We recommended our daughter and son-in-law who lives in Minnesota to Miller Brothers and they now bring their vehicles to Miller brothers.

I moved to Hudson last July and was looking for a new place to get maintenance done on my 2016 Honda Civic. I’m so glad that I stumbled upon Miller Brothers in my search. I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received for the first oil change that I got there, and have continued to bring my vehicle there. Al was the technician that serviced my car the first time at Miller Brothers. I’ve continued requesting him to look at it because he used to work with Hondas a lot, in addition to him being very nice and good at explaining everything to a girl that doesn’t know much about cars, haha! Also, their pricing is very reasonable, and they offer a rewards/loyalty program where you can get coupons if you continue bringing your vehicle there. Today, I brought my car in for an oil change but realized that it was due for front brakes. Ryan kindly led me out to the garage where my car was and Al showed me my brakes. We decided that we would do them today, but that it was going to be a bit of a wait for the parts, the time it takes to install them, and whatnot. I told them that I was fine with waiting and hunkered down in the waiting area preparing myself to be there for a few hours. To my surprise, Ryan came back over to me and told me that they had a loaner vehicle that they wanted me to take while they worked on my car (for no charge - other than filling it up when I was done with it). This ended up being a great call, because my Civic ended up taking a bit longer than we thought and I needed to take the loaner vehicle to work. They were totally okay with me doing so, and made sure that my keys for my Civic were left in a drop box so that I could come get my car after I got off of work. And they even left a nice little note in my car with some goldfish attached to it which I thought was so sweet. I really just wanted to highlight this service because they really went above and beyond!! Thank you to Ryan and Al!!

They were very helpful, found the problem and diagnosed an issue that a previous auto shop caused. They were super honest and genuine. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Not too common that you run into such honest people. Didn’t know me from Adam and they helped me out in a bind. Could not recommend more.

The communication from Miller Brothers is really fantastic and they got the work done ahead of the time that they orginally stated. I am very happy with how they opperate and will continue to be a customer!

SAVED ME THOUSANDS! Seriously, don't buy a used car without getting their vehicle inspection. I almost bought a car for $5000 that needs $10,000 of work. They are honest and have your best interest at heart. They have a grateful customer for life.
