Very friendly staff and excellent work
The service is good, completed my last job, but the repair of a service bulletin failed within 2 years. Was told to bring my car in at 8 AM to drop off and they would have a loaner, arrived to be told no loaner available. I work overnights and was in town an extra hour to make this appointment, they could inform people the day before to save them wasted time.
I recently had repair work on my vehicle at Johnson Collision. Insurance was notified and photos were sent. When I picked up my vehicle I was told that if I had any concerns or questions I should let them know. A few days later I noticed a repair area that was not completed. I explained it to the Manager and he refused to acknowledge it was due to their work. He was rude and defensive. Very poor customer service. I will never recommend Johnson Collision.
Had an accident last fall took it into JBS . Never got completed and the paint does not match. I now have it at another body shop with new damage but I am paying them extra to fix what Johnson's body shop did not complete and to match the paint on my hood and fender from the previous paint job. Would not recommend.
This place is a class act, and a cut above the rest.
Poor service very rude on the phone. Very slow workers booked out 5 months. The lady on the phone was arguing with me. wouldn't bring your vehicle here..
