Incredible job by the Maaco team! We brought in our 2016, looking for a “good enough” repair to stop rust and repair what they could. We planned to replace the doors, but that was more challenging than we expected to find at the scrap yards so we decided to give Maaco a try for the price. We chose the Waukesha location based on reviews- they really are that good. When talking with Sally, she said they planned to make it look good as new- and they delivered! We are blown away, and convinced they just have a magic wand- the repairs were done in under a week, and the results are perfect. When needed, we will be back! They delivered!!

I will be the first one to say I hate getting any kind car repairs. I often feel I am taken advantage of because I am a women and do not know much about these kind of things. So when I went to Maaco in Waukesha to get an estimate to repair my bumper I was not excited for the process. Sally met me at the door and I was pleasantly surprised on how I was handled. She walked me thru the process and made me comfortable in doing so. I was ready for sticker shock in the costs to repair and it actually was better than I was expecting. I scheduled an appointment over the Easter weekend and I picked up my car the Monday after. Everything looked great and my car looked new again. Awesome place! I had 2 cars worked on here and will always give them my business. Last time their estimate was $1500 less than a different body shop. My wife could not believe the repair and paint job they did on our Toyota Rav 4.

Each staff member I had contact with from damage estimator to office personnel were friendly, professional and competent. Pricing for repair was fair and the results were outstanding. Not only were they one of the most economical quotes, they went above and beyond to get me in at a convenient time (while I was out of state) on short notice. They completed my small repair on time and I am happy with their work. When I picked up the car, I was surprised and delighted to find they also detailed the interior! Had substantial hail damage from the June storm. They brought in a specialist, worked with my insurance company, and even fixed a few other dents and scrapes not from the storm. The car is 2.5 years old and it looks like new again. They even cleaned the inside as well. Highly, highly recommend Sally and her team.
