Came in Because my car was overheating and was told to look at it was gonna be $200 later received a call and they told me that it was gonna be $460 just to look at it. And with the repairs it was gonna be $710 Because he said I needed a new radiator. I also asked about a loud sound coming from my engine and he told me that my whole engine was shot and I would need a new one. After all this I decided that I needed to go to a different auto body shop to confirm what he was saying and they found no leak in the radiator and there was nothing wrong with my engine. Overall he attempted to scam me with a brand new engine and lied to me about a faulty radiator and attempted to cost me thousands of dollars. Would highly not recommend coming here because after my experience I read through some reviews and I realized that many people had similar experiences with this individual and I've heard that he has very faulty work as well.
My husband and I were visiting the area for the day when our Jeep hose started leaking, Maple Grove Auto center was the only place open on a Saturday. I called to let Ken know we were coming as we were only a mile away and our engine was starting to over heat. Ken welcomed us to Maple Grove Auto, although he figured we would need a part and no one was open for this part he suggested maybe a tow back home as we needed to get back and we had no one able to get us as we lived 2 hours away. Ken called us a tow truck allowed us to hang around until the tow truck came to pick us up. Even though Ken was unable to get us a part and fix our Jeep that day he did everything he could do and we certainly appreciated it! Thank Ken and thank you Maple Grove Auto for your wonderful customer service!
