Will NEVER come back here. Too many issues to post everything. They lost my key for my locking lug nuts so I had to go buy a new one that day with new lug nuts. Next time I go back I book an appointment for a tire swap (tires already mounted on rims) and add an oil change. Wait over an hour and they never swapped my tires they only did the oil change so I had to wait longer. They also couldn't calibrate my sensors after I went back 3 times so I had to drive to the Appleton store to have them do it. Now I get my spring tires put on somewhere else - come to find out they never put on 2 out of my 4 locking lug nuts and I have been driving around without all of the bolts on for 6 months, and also have to buy new locking lug nuts with a new key AGAIN!!! Overpriced oil changes, waiting room was filthy, have a Keurig, but no coffee to drink for it. I called to complain to corporate about my issues and having to pay out of pocket for their mistakes, they said the manager Steve would call me back to address my issues - never called. I used to bring my fleet cars here and give a lot of business to Firestone, I would absolutely not trust this location to do a single thing for me again. Aaron and Tom used to be great to work with, but they are no longer there and this place is a joke.
