Worst experience!!! Got work done a week ago and had to bring it in because I had a strange feeling about the vehicle. They test drove it 2x and told me nothing was wrong and would not check it anymore than that. I am driving today with my wife and kid and the noise gets louder and the car starts to shake. Luckily we safely pulled over and found a mechanic. The Firestone mechanic somehow never tightened the lug nuts on a wheel almost resulting in an accident or death!!!!
