My truck is essential for my landscaping business, and when it wouldn't start, I was in a tough spot. I had it towed to Black Tie Auto, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Sam, the owner, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. His knowledge and expertise were impressive, and he got my truck back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Black Tie Auto for their exceptional service and expertise. Five stars all the way!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. I bought a 2013 Chevy equinox from Black Tie in April 1923. A week after purchasing it the car started having some motor issues and engine knocking. I went back to have them check it out and they told me the catalytic converter needed to be replaced because it was under recall. I had it taken care of by a dealership, who also told me that I had a cracked exhaust manifold, which I went back to black tie and had them replace it, which they charged me for. The problems persisted and it was a major safety concern. To this day, 27 June 2023 I have not received a callback from the owner whom I requested to speak with multiple times.

I was looking for a new mechanic for my 87 mustang as my old one had closed shop and retired. Took a chance here and it became My favorite experience at a mechanic ever. Brought my vehicle in Thursday morning. They had my vehicle diagnosed for a rack and pinion and had parts ordered and the vehicle complete before the end of the day Friday. They even stayed past shop hours so I could pick my summer vehicle up before the weekend! Car feels like a completely different vehicle after they fixed it! Can not recommend enough

My first visit to Black Tie, but not my last. I had an A/C problem, and we are leaving on vacation in a couple of days. Mechanic "Sam" saw me the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me in an hour. Courteous and professional, and I'll take my future work to them.
