Dropped off tires early in the morning already mounted and off the vehicle, just needed them balanced. Came back almost 6 hours later, still not done. They decided to do them as I waited and not tell me, so I had to wait another hour for them to finish them. Every person (except 1 manager) that was working was very unprofessional and seemed annoyed people were there and waiting. Would only recommend this as a last resort.
My daughter had a flat on her back tire, so we put on the spare. Within a few days her other back tire was flat. We brought in the 2 flat tires and within 3 hours both tires were done. No appointment, no call ahead. The young man was very nice and carried them to the car for my daughters (they went to pickup and pay). They both came home and said, "The tire guy at Walmart was SO nice!" Being 17 she was nervous but had a great experience being "independent".
