Rich’s did a great job on my oil change. Prompt service at a fair price. I’ll definitely go back again.
They were fast friendly and explained every detail about what was done .and I would highly recommend them to friends and family
I have a late 1990’s 7.3 power stroke diesel. Most recently it was towed in not running with a stalling issue (shutting off without warning sometimes starting back up the next day) . They called with the results of the diagnostics, the service writer had an accurate guestamate of the cost depending on the future result of test drive, which turned out to be a true estimate because they had accurately diagnosed and found the problem on the first try.

Had a 10:00 appointment. Arrived just before 10 and van was pulled into the shop within 5 minutes and finished promptly. Everything according to plan.
I'm really impressed with Richs service! I had major problems with my engine and A/C and Hailey and the mechanic got it done and even fixed the A/C plus advised me what's best to get done! They saved me $$$ and time. Thank you Richs!
Rich's has worked on my camper twice this summer and both times did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for auto repair work!

New to Rich's, taking advantage of great deal for synthetic oil change. Assumed check of brakes, tires, etc, but will ask at next appointment.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They also filled my RV’s tires at no extra charge.
The business did good work on the car. But I am a dog behaviorist and that Great Dane is not safe. Growled at several people & showed all the signs of the aggression that happens before a dog bites. This dog should not be left to walk around the lobby. Major liability.
Knowledgeable and friendly office and mechanics. Above expectations for an oil change esp w foreign car. Loved the bonus of lobby w BIG beautiful pup! Took my time & let him get used to me & now we’re buds!
