Girlfriend took a vehicle in for alignment and tire rotation and vehicle was returned with snapped off lug stud and only 3 lug nuts in front tire. This was a preexisting issue that they DID NOT CAUSE but my complaint is that they allowed a seriously concerning safety issue to leave the shop without even bringing it up at pick up. The stud cost me 3$ and a few minutes to repair myself so I don't understand why it wasn't brought up. My girlfriend did tell them she wanted to stay around $300 for the work which they did do but a phone call and notification that this was unsafe to drive should have been made regardless of repair price, especially since the cost was minimal. Also no witness marks or tool marks on anything after alignment so I don't know what method they used to complete the alignment but from what I know and have been told (not a repair professional myself) there will usually be evidence of this being done.

Dec 23, 2023The vehicle came in with a broken wheel stud and it left with a broken wheel stud. Yes, it should have been noted. I agree with you and we apologize for that. But you failed to mention in your review that I offered to tow the vehicle in, being that you were afraid to drive it, and repair it at no cost. I offered to replace a part that WE DID NOT BREAK in the first place. Not sure what else I could have done in this situation to appease you. And yes, the alignment was completed.
