Very helpful and honest with fixing my car.
Jim and his people have worked on every vehicle I've owned for the last 24 years. Every job they have done for me has been right, the first time. I would not go anywhere else. You can trust them!
Always a good experience! I appreciate that Jim seeks to understand what my needs are and provides me with the information of multiple options so that I can make an informed decision. Plus, the waiting room smells so lovely and provides me an opportunity to purchase "Shoto Heights Soaps" soaps and most recently scented linen sprays while I waited for my car :)
While on vacation, we had a flat that could not be repaired. They ordered the tire we needed, got it in the next morning, installed it and we were on our way. Everyone was super helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
