Made me buy parts I didn’t need thinking it will fix the noise until I took my Cadillac to another shop that charged me less to diagnose the issue and fix a bolt they didn’t tighten properly while installing a strut. The manager from the 76th location broke a new part which was ordered and lied about it coming broken costing me more money. No integrity would not recommend and very pricey for mediocre work.

Need to inspect the vehicle before they start doing repairs and not guess what the problem is to save the customer time and money

Roxane ,Luis and Miguel were awesome they helped me out a lot I prefer this place over anyone great customer service for sure

They used to be a good place but now is about the price and not much about service. They have not mechanics lately.

I recently visited Velasquez to have my exhaust fixed, and the price was just right, and it didn't take long.

I went to the Velasquez Off 76th and Hampton and was not pleased witg the service they offer and the appointment times that was giving. I went there and ask the lady to call me when the welding machines was coming in and she never called and so i went up there and she said ill have to schedule for athe next day to get my car looked at. I left and went to the Velasquez on 58th and Cap and they got me in and out with the service i needed. I had to get a new flex pipe put on. He did it in 30mins and got it sounding back right. They definitely are worth going to and worth the time and miney. Never will i mess with the one on Hampton they are very disappointing and care less about the service you ask about. So satisfied wit the service i got from these guys.
