First off I would like to say I got there at 8 o’clock on the dot and they were open in second the beautiful young lady at the front desk had great customer service third the The mechanic had great customer service came out and explained everything to me and for when I was leaving on my way out the door the manager came out and wish me to have a great day, and I made it on time for work, if this app would let me give them 20 stars, I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would recommend everyone to go here, Great customer service, and great price’s😎 Velasquez Complete Auto Care 5811 W Capitol Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53216

I highly recommend this auto shop! It will now be where my family and I will have our auto care needs addressed from here on out. I showed up right at 8 a.m when they opened and I was on my way back home by 9a.m. I went in because my GMC terrain was making a very loud obnoxious noise and it was diagnosed as the muffler being the cause. The mechanics showed me exactly what the problem was and gave me a very affordable estimate. I went ahead and had the work completed and my car sounds so much better. just the great work they did in a timely fashion was great to see. The customer service was fantastic! Very well spoken and kind when addressing me from start to finish. They didn’t make me feel rushed and the communication was so clear when explaining what the work entailed. Thank you for the positive experience. I’ll be sure to tell friends and family about your business.

Do not and I repeat go to this business went in for one thing a they said it was something else charged me for something an oil change don’t go they want MONEY !!!!!!!!!!
