Negative 10(-10) stars. I have never been in there and there wasn't someone in there to complain about their car. I personally have been there four times. At the current moment I don't know where my car is. The guy working on it somehow unprogrammed my key fob, then said I had to pay to get it reprogrammed. They tried to charge me for work that should have been done the first time I took it in. They worked on the wrong piece, they didn't know the firing order of my engine, even though I was showing them the diagram on chrysler website. He said it was wrong. I just want my car at this point. Where ever it is.
