they dont do work if you bring your own parts asked for brake pads to be replaced with my own pads that are brand new they said no what a joke

You are correct we do NOT install a majority of customer provider parts, especially major safety components such as brakes. It is a policy we have in place not only to protect the individuals in the vehicle, but every other person out on the road.

Went to start my car and the battery was dead. I have a Prius and with no power could not put it in neutral to move car out of garage to jump. Went up to the mechanics and they walked down with a power pack to get me started. Took car up for battery test and of course it failed. Jim told me that none of his suppliers had the battery I needed in stock. With storm and cold coming I really needed it that day. Jim recommended I go to Batteries Plus. Who recommends you go to a competitor? I wanted to pay for their time and effort but Jim told me no that it was just a neighbor helping a neighbor. I highly recommend these guys for anything. 5 stars plus 2!!!!

Excellent 👍 experience all around. They helped save me money on unnecessary repairs. They also offered to provide my newly-adult son with some basic mechanic tips to get him through simple preventive maintenance on his car. I would recommend them over anyone, especially big brand shops or dealerships.
