Took my jeep wrangler in a couple of weeks ago for the notorious "death wobble." I had originally taken it to the dealership since reading numerous forums on what the causation of the death wobble was and wasn't, thinking the dealership would know better. Needless to say, but the dealership I took it to didn't know what they were talking about and ended up replacing the lower intermediate steering shaft. Took it to Southtown since I have been going there for years, and was tired of trouble shooting it myself. They troubleshot it and came back with the believed issue. I was also in a short time crunch with some work meetings and had asked if they could have it done by the next day around noon. They said they would try, but there was a lot of corrosion (asked if it was a Canadian car, which it was). Well, they got it done, and several hours before I needed it. They also came in under their originally quoted price! Thanks!

I went there to get air in my tires. The guy at counter took my keys and went right outside to pull my car in. He was great. Can't remember his name. I'm so grateful. Thank you very much.

My brother ran into a median in the middle of a parking lot and tore the control arm off of his car it was after they closed so the tow truck guy recommended them drop the car off there that night the next day it was gonna be an expensive job but I feel like they gave him a very fair price and it was done that day before they closed. I just wanna say I was very impressed and these guys did a great job would recommend them any day. I’ve never personally had to have work done there before but if I ever do, I will definitely be hitting them up.

Wouldn't have anyone else align my trucks. I've got 3 and 2 have lift kits. If you got a lift on your truck, go see these guys so they can get you going straight down the road. What's even better, if you got an issue with your front end, they'll inform you before you waste money on the alignment.
