The Good: they were friendly and helpful over the phone. They fit me in even though their availability was tightly booked, working with them went smoothly The Bad: their "But 3 Get 1 Free" tire promo is false advertising. One of my tires normally cost $213 (per the rep) and the total cost came out to more than 3 times that amount. Their promo is misleading and false advertising. Not to mention over priced compared to other places in the area for the same tire. The same tire elsewhere is less that $190 in 3 other places Ive checked elsewhere

Sorry to hear that you think our promo is false advertising. Based on your invoice in our records, it shows that you only paid $229 for 3 tires, which works out to $171.99 per tire for 4 tires. Installation and the alignment you had done are additional. Pricing shows that it is less than the above mentioned price and certainly not 3 times that amount.

Horrible service, they penciled me in for the wrong time and didn’t fix anything on my car while I waited at the shop for 2 hours. Another mechanic confirmed that the part wasn’t repaired
