My service representative was very courteous and helpful. I have always had good service at Schlossmann's however I went in for an oil change and waited for 2 hours. When I set up the appointment I wish they would have told me the wait time and I could have made other arrangements. I was told they were going to do 120 oil changes that day.

I had to bring my car in due to my check engine light turning on. I called and and Tim helped me out tremendously. I called last week Monday. Dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was fixed by Wednesday and they had to order parts in for me. Excellent customer service and I was so happy they were able to get my car in and out as quickly as they did and were able to find all the issues for me and get everything fixed for reasonable price. I truly love the customer service that they have and I loved how a technician took video of my car so I could see for myself exactly what was going on and what the issues were. Anytime I have an issue with my car I will gladly keep taking it back to this place

Went in for a warranty. They did a full vehicle inspection and found a few overdue maintence items. And found me some discounts to get the price lower than originally quoted. Chris was easy to work with and responsive.

Recently had work done on my Honda HR-V and received great customer service from Dustin my service advisor who kept me informed during the process. While waiting I was sent a video of my car and provided details of future work needed by technician Logan, which was nice. Dustin was able to give me a quote on this, so I'm prepared for next time. In no time I was out the door, being walked to my car to make sure it was to my satisfaction, which it was, per usual. Thanks to Dustin, Logan and Honda City for taking care of me and my car!

Though my experience with Honda Corporate was less than positive, Honda City as represented by my service advisor, Kaitlin Hernandez, made the experience as bearable as possible. Kaitlin was caring and compassionate and kept me updated on the progress of my warranty repair, even if there wasn’t any progress, on a very regular basis. I always felt that she was my advocate making sure that, what turned out to be a three month ordeal, was being completed as expeditiously as possible understanding there were constraints over which she herself had no control.
