The service department was pretty busy. I was in for an oil change & tire rotation without an appointment. They said I was due for a transmission fluid change. After checking my exact vehicle I didn't need the fluid change & they also said I didn't need the tire rotation either. It's nice to hear that there is work that isn't needed yet. I was there waiting for just over an hour...not bad at all.

I had the most pleasant experience when I recently had routine maintenance on my 2018 Honda CRV. My car service rep, Joe, was congenial, understanding, and most of all not pushy in terms of selling me services I didn't need. Joe was a consummate professional which I deeply appreciated. Staff at Schlossman sincerely appear to like their jobs. This includes admin staff, shuttle drivers, maintenance, and service workers. To me this means there is effective leadership at the top.

Honda City consistently provides fast efficient service. All the advisors in the past and most recently Gina have been great to work with and provide excellent service. Thanks for caring about the customer!

I had a great experience at Honda City when I brought my 11 year old Insight in for an oil change. Anthony was very knowledgeable about hybrids, and answered my questions patiently. They did a check of every system for free, so I now feel confident that it is safe and will be on the road hopefully for years to come. I can't recommend Honda City highly enough. 5/5 stars!

The body shop at Honda City was incredible. It reminded me of how it was in the past, great customer service and workmanship. I worked mostly with Gilly but did have some contacts with Miranda too. Both of these employees were top notch. I mentioned to Gilly of my time restraint to get my vehicle back, and he didn't let me down. My vehicle was done for me to take my vacation. Thanks again Honda City!

My experience with John Peter's was excellent. Had to get new tires which took 3 hrs(an hour less than what was originally quoted). John made sure I had a shuttle home and back again to pick up my car. Also, there was a small problem afterwards and I had to come back and John personally took care of it.

I went to Schlossmann Honda when my dashboard showed "emission system maintenance required". I didn't have an appointment, but Service Rep Katie helped make sure I got a diagnistic done quickly. She kept me updated throughout the visit and explained clearly what the problem was. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't make unrealistic promises. I definitelt recommend this Honda Service Center.
