Radiator leak & they diagnose someone installed stop leak. Not true am the only one with keys to access car. Estimate cost to fix was over $1800 & plus. Charged $156 for finding 🙈🙈🙈

Honest, fair, and high quality. 10/10 would recommend! I blew a trans cooler line while on a cross country roadtrip. Denny worked me in on a Saturday and had me back on the road on Tuesday. They returned the aftermarket parts that didn't fit quite right and installed OEM parts, test drove it, and even put a sticker under the hood with the work done and type of fluid used. All for a fair price even though they knew I was in a pinch. Truck continues to run great with no issues.

Denny was great to work with! I had been postponing repairs due to financial stress and it was getting worse over two years. I finally was able to find a window to take care of it and they set up a time, fixed the car and I was back in the drivers seat the same day. Highly recommend and car sounds like new!

Poor communication, customer service - I had scheduled a trip inspection weeks in advance with North Ave Auto, and on the morning of when I brought the vehicle in, on the scheduled date, they said they would not be able to get to it at that time based on other vehicle priorities, backorders of parts. Instead of calling to let me know that in advance, they waited until I traveled across town with my vehicle, walked through the door, Uber waiting outside, to tell me that they have to cancel, and wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle until the following week, and I couldn't leave it there.

Denny & North Ave Auto do a great job! Very informative & helpful. They don't speak to you like you're dumb. Always prompt & reasonably priced service as well.

Very rude called asking questions about pricing and response was unacceptable. As a customer I was asking about vendors for research I get "either you want it fixed or you don't." My reason for asking is to see what my options were. It's not a big deal just trying to shop around to get my second vehicle repaired I guess the search goes on!

Had a great experience with North Avenue Auto. I just moved into the area and got a flashing engine light. Denny helped me out with complete transparency and professionalism. They use OE parts so your car won't break down again shortly after the repair. Glad I found them.
