Awesome place . Love the attitude there. Everyone helps everyone. A must bring your car to the shop day.
They had my car for a month I guess because my parts was on warranty and they wouldn't make money off me then when I said I was coming to get my car and take it somewhere else my car was fix next day
I’ve been waiting to hear back from the Brown Deer service department for about 2 in an half weeks just to check on a warranty that according to the contract they should cover. I’ve been ghosted on several call backs that they promised to return. I’m highly frustrated with this service thus far!
It's ok they only fix half of what's wrong with my car . I have to go back.. so they can try again..

Very slow and inaccurate service I wish I didn't rent from them and have to get serviced here Please save your money for a real dealership and do not rent from them if you have that option it's not worth it buying from them it's great until you need their service or warranty
